Chances are, they’ll end up rethinking a clunky workflow, questioning why a tool feels harder to use than it should, or sketching out a better way to do things. That’s pretty much how I approach design every day. I see technology as something to be reshaped, repurposed, and reimagined—always looking for ways to make experiences more intuitive, accessible, and human. I’m a bricoleur at heart, pulling together ideas from different places, experimenting, and figuring things out as I go. And as an intrapreneur, I thrive on solving problems within constraints—finding opportunities where others see roadblocks. From designing web and mobile apps to shaping product strategies with people for people.
